Printable trackers are an excellent way to enforce screen time limits and teach children to be mindful of their screen time. This weekly tracker will allow you and your child to keep track of screen activities, time spent on them, and total screen hours per day.
Screen time vouchers are a great way to make screen time limits less daunting. You can use these vouchers to award screen time to kids and give them the chance to earn more by doing tasks, chores, or homework. Use this set as part of Screen Time Bingo game or on its own.
We understand that limiting screen time can be difficult at times. Screen Time Bingo turns it into a game and will hopefully make your job as a parent a little bit easier! Two bingo grids are ready for you to fill in what you think would be useful for your child and set them for a challenge (and don’t forget to add some fun and outdoor activities too!) Once they get bingo, you can award them with a Screen Time Voucher. Bingo ideas are included.
In celebration of Maisy’s birthday, think of a gift you’d like to give her. Using the box below, draw and colour a picture of your present for Maisy.
Colour and cut out the bingo call cards and one bingo board per player. Place the cards face down in a stack. Have one person act as Caller, turning cards over and calling out the image on the card. Players can use a crayon to tick off matches on their boards. The first player to complete a full row of matched boxes yells “Bingo!” and wins the game.
Maisy loves to go on new adventures. There are so many things she likes to do with her friends – go to see a show, grow a garden and send letters – to name a few. Use the space below to make a list of all the things you like to do. Draw a picture of your very favourite things, then share your list with your family and friends.
Colour each page of cards. Cut out the cards and lay them out in a grid facedown (four across and four down). Take turns with a friend flipping over two cards at a time to find a character match. When you find two cards that match, take those cards out of the grid. If you flip over two cards that don’t match, turn them back over to how they were and the next player takes a turn. Go back and forth flipping over cards until all matches are found. The player with the most matches wins the game.
Maisy is heading to her birthday party! Follow the maze to get to the big event.
Colour and cut out the character images. Glue or tape the characters to a craft stick. After reading your favourite Maisy book, retell the story using the puppets. Practise using different voices and changing the ending to create your own Maisy story!
Colour and cut out the pieces of the birthday banner. Use string to attach them together, then hang the banner when celebrating someone’s birthday. Don’t forget to sing the birthday song!
